Anna Cullum Associates brings together a team of professionals from across the arts and heritage sector.
Anna set up her consultancy in 2016 to support cultural organisations undergoing transformative projects and has since provided support and advice to over 40 museums, galleries, heritage sites, parks and gardens.
Our experience spans evaluation, activity planning, business planning, bid-writing, procurement, capital project management, operational planning and organisational change.
We specialise in evaluation, but we can provide and support strategic thinking over a wide range of disciplines. The majority of our work is National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF, previously HLF) or Arts Council England funded.
Anna is a heritage professional with a wide range of experience including evaluation, audience development, project management, capital projects, operations and commercial activities. Prior to establishing her own company, Anna worked as a senior capital project manager, as a museum Deputy Director (The Garden Museum), and as a commercial manager (Tate)
Alice is an arts professional with over ten years' experience creating and delivering high impact programmes of activity. A Socially Engaged Practice graduate (MA), Alice has worked with some of the UK’s most high-profile public venues, most recently as Head of Galleries at The Lowry. Alice is also a Trustee of The Atkinson in Southport.
Max is an experienced researcher and administrator, with a focus on heritage and higher education. Her experience includes work for the German Historical Institute; University of the Free State, South Africa; and Chatham Historic Dockyard.
Claire is an arts and heritage professional with a background in conservation and teaching. She has worked with national heritage organisations (National Trust), independent museums (The Historic Dockyard Chatham, Brooklands Museum), and ecclesiastical and heritage sites to facilitate the preservation and presentation of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
Pam Jarvis (sam-culture) and Anna have worked collaboratively on over fifteen evaluation projects, including National Trust Runnymede Explored, Institute of Historical Research Layers of London, and a meta-evaluation for the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Pam's skills and expertise are in organisational change and reflective learning.

Irving Patrick Consultants are a Lincoln based consultancy specialising in heritage projects, and with expertise in project management and delivery, fundraising and organisational change. Anna is working with Anne Irving and John Patrick on consultancy work for MOLA, Boston Borough Council and Greyfriars Lincoln.
